Esther’s School is committed to providing school environments that promote and protect children’s health, well-being and ability to learn by supporting healthy eating and physical activity.
School Wellness Policies
We emphasize everyday in our lunch program fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products, including lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs and nuts.
We suggested meals low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars.
