Don’t miss the chance to explore the vibrant and innovative space that is setting a new standard in education, as featured in this illustrious publication!

In a heartfelt journey to provide exceptional education for children with special needs, Chris and Esther Berry founded Esther’s School. Their journey began when they couldn’t find a suitable Christian school for their son, Robert, who has Down syndrome.

After witnessing the prejudice and inadequacies in the public school system, Esther felt a divine calling to open a school that would cater to children like Robert. Starting in 2005 with just two students in St. Petersburg, the institution has now expanded to nine locations across Florida, serving approximately 600 students from kindergarten to 12th grade.

The school, with its motto “exceptional education for exceptional students”, has been a beacon of hope and a testament to the fact that with the right kind of environment and education, every child can excel academically. It recently inaugurated a new branch in Manatee County, under the principalship of Jes Moore, a parent who shares a similar story with her own son.

The school has been instrumental in fostering an environment where students with unique abilities can thrive.
